I ordered wings from CARTER ST. Pizza Hut (I have my online receipt). I couldn’t make it because I thought I ordered to the Natchez store. By the time I realized I had to go back into work, so I sent my friend to pick it up right after. In no more than an hour after I ordered my wings they said it wasn't there. I don't know if they threw it out or ate it, but it was a waste of all my reward points.

Me and my family decided to get 3 MEDIUM pepperoni pizzas and a waited for 40 minutes upon ordering an hour before and it took them at least 20 minutes to come to the counter to help us. Further more a man who ordered 6 LARGE pizzas after us got his food first even though we had ordered and been there first. Everyone was rude and the establishment was filthy and spiders and roaches were everywhere. Giving them a 1 is generous, the pizza is the only thing that was good about my entire experience
