This location has a rude manager and a rude cashier. You can ask a simple question and they very rudely answer it. The cashier left me at the cash register to go check the faucet in the ladles restroom. Very unprofessional!!!!!!

The only main problem was the small area in which the location is. It took me forever to drive thru the exit parking lot because a big truck was parked and blocking the drive thru exit. My food was getting cold as I waited nearly 10 mins. The driver in the huge truck finally noticed and tried to move up, so I went for it... but in the process scratched up the left side of my car and it will now need to be buffed out at my own cost. At least the location could cut down those bushes, or make it impossible for cars to park on that side of the drive thru lot. Whoever signed off on this design at this small location wasn't thinking smart at ALL.
This is my second time coming to this Popeyes. Each time I came here they were rude. The staff and the manager were very unprofessional. No customer service skills at all. Wanted to charge me $3.00 for a small cup of ice. A small cup of ice I was told 3.00. That's ridiculous. I won't be coming back here again.
