The worst looking burger I’ve ever received from a sonic. My husbands crispy chicken sandwich was not good either. He said it’s the worst lunch hes ever had and we do not like to complain. This was awful and he told them twice we wanted ketchup. We did not receive any ketchup. The carhop was very nice. We will not stop there again.

I ordered a queso burger. It took a while. The lady came with the wrong order. She took it back and something told me it wasn't going to be worth the wait, so when I saw her again, I told her that I needed my money refunded because I was in a hurry. She took my card, came back with my card and said, "We don't need your card to refund you." I said "what about my receipt?"she replied " You don't trust me?". I said, It is good business to get a receipt, because I would never be able to prove that I purchased something I didn't receive.....I need to see the manager. A man returned with my receipt, and had nothing to say.......BUT I SHOULD HAVE "TRUSTED HER????? WOW!!! The world we live in.......

Well after going to three stalls the third one was actually working. That alone is 0 stars.
I have not visited a Sonic in about a month, because they "were not doing ice today". Haven't been back. It is summertime, how do you "not do ice", even a 24 Oz cup. Was seeing posts all over your twin cities, stating other locations also participating in the "no ice agenda"

On May 29th, 2024 at around 12 pm. There was a African American Lady with a Very poor mind state and attitude. I pushed the red button and her response was Yeah, what you want. She had that I don't want to be to work mood. Her Customer service was Horrible and my Milkshake was the worst I ever tasted. The burger was nasty and the drink was watered down on purpose. I had to write this review. I travel for work and I finally had time to search for this restaurant.
