Do not stop here. There is a Sonic in Natchez Ms and a sonic in Ferriday La. They are close enough to pass up Vidalia Sonic and go to one of them. They are the worst Sonic I’ve ever tried. Given chance after chance and it’s the same result. I’m pretty sure no one is trained and has a clue what to do in there. Just left ONCE AGAIN(I know! Shame on me!??‍♀️) from getting just a simple medium Turtle Truffle Nut Blast with added Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup. Over $7 and I ended up with a cup of vanilla ice cream and a few bits of I’m not sure what on top. I can tell three of these bits are maybe Reese’s. Not really sure if they heard me when I said TURTLE TRUFFLE NUT BLAST. Infuriating! ?

Its too expensive for what your getting, food isnt that great. Its low quality and has a premade, frozen taste. The customer service is always for me a unfriendly person that seems to not wanna work. I just wish quality could make a come back. And added, half the order stations you pull up to doesn't even work. You have to pull in and out of stale to.get one that does function.

We just happened to be passing through Vidalia when we decided to stop for something to eat. First stall we pulled into was not working… Food was cold, and the burger wasn’t good, fries were cold also. The other order was a fish sandwich but got a chicken sandwich instead.

It’s a pull-up and bring our fast food place, but the food is better than some fast food places.Parking: If you don’t know Sonic, you park at the building, order through a speaker and they come out on roller skates to serve you. You can park all around the 2 sides of the building.

They must be having a bad day. It took over 20 -25 minutes to get someone to answer the call button. I was making making a 4 drink order with snack food and the person stopped listening to the first drink order and only brought out one drink. I explained to the lady and had push the button again to place the order. I made the exact same order but the person stopped listening after the second drink order. I pushed the button again and made the exact order again. Finally brought out the order but had the drink order wrong. They took it back order to correct the drink order. We had been there way over 30 minutes at this time.we weighted another 10 minutes for our order but it was a no show. We left and went to the gas station next door for something cold to drink. Very disappointed ?.

I was amazed at the speed in which my order was completed. The food was great. Best burger we've had from a Sonic in a while. The portions were definitely worth the value. Overall, great experience. Keep up the good work!

Most of the stalls were broken. I orders some tots and mozz sticks and it didn't take long but I asked for marinara and got a ranch. Went back to get some marinara and was ignored by the speaker and employees walking by not once, twice, but three times! And someone almost hit me in the tight parking lot. Manager did nothing. Bad attitudes and stank faces from employees. Will not be going back. They made me cry. Should be shut down at this point
