I would recommend the new store towards Chicot but not the old store. The few times I’ve been to the old store since moving back to VP all you hear is cursing and inappropriate rap music. Also, two of the fryers out of the four that I bought were rotten when they were packed on the same day. The workers in the butcher’s section told us they hang up on customers who want anything under $10 because they know they won’t get fired. They were also very loud and having inappropriate conversation. I was very surprised by all of this being it used to be a very family friendly and inviting store. I will definitely only go to the Chicot location if needed.
