We LOVE the dry gumbo roux, and you will too! It's almost as good as Papaw Bertrand's from scratch.

Kary's products are the best. The jambalaya mix is incredible, tastes like it's made from scratch, right out of the rice cooker.

Went there today and had the hamburger, sausage and beans and dirty rice. It was Excellent!! The lady working the front was extremely nice. Will definitely come back !

Unbelievably delicious. We got there at 1 and got what was left, sausage and a hamburger. Loved every bite. Well seasoned and smoked to perfection. Potato salad, baked beans and dirty rice were all outstanding. Going back but earlier so we can try the brisket. The owners are so nice. Loved hearing their story

We stopped here for the first time and were completely blown away by how delicious everything that we tried was. I ordered 3 brisket lunch plates and one rib plate only meat for myself and my wife, 7 and 4 year old boys. When we sat down to eat at home the portions on the lunches was so much that the boys and wife are on one brisket lunch and still had leftovers. I devoured the rib plate. They all came with a home made bread that was thick cut and wonderful. The beans were delicious as well. But back to the bread, I would order extra slices just to make a sandwich with the leftovers of the brisket. And wow the brisket and ribs were some of the best I've ever tasted. I will definitely be back. They are well worth the 17 mile trip from home. I'll have to try some of those wonderfully looking desserts too.
