So we decided to try a new place for lunch today…Big D’s Smokehouse. Well I’m very sad to say don’t waste your time or money. Called in an order at 11:00 was told it would 10 or 15 minutes got there at 11:25 and they didn’t even know where it was. Finally got it at 12:00 and it was wrong! Ordered a jalapeño burger with onion rings combo. No jalapeños on the burger had fries so they went cook onion rings brought them out dropped some on the front check out counter then tried putting them in my plate!! Never gave us our drinks. No doubt the patty is left over and reheated. Will never go back. Rude workers cussing at the counter. I don’t normally rant like this about a restaurant, it has to be a really bad experience for me to say something. We want places to make it but you have to have better service than this!

Got pork and chicken last time. Got my order erong and chicken was raw and pork was burnt. Ordered pork today, got there and told me they were out.

The food was cold. They don't like giving you extra bbq sauce. They didn't give utensils or napkins. I asked for utensils and they grabbed it with their bare hands no gloves.

Good is excellent can't ask for better but service is very slow waited 45 minutes in line believe they need two check outs but I will wait in line again it's worth it
