Do Not expect Hot Fresh Food, Every Time... Bc you will be disappointed...You may get Your fries but they will be hard as a rock and cold , your Sandwich will taste like it been sitting there forever and heated with a led light.. I've had one good experience with going here where I almost got everything I paid for and it was bc the manager was there..Physically working ...

Went for breakfast. Doors were locked at 7:30 am. No go. Was told not to use the drive through. Tried lunch. One #1 and 2 #5s waited 20 minutes. Food was cold and soggy fries. Got no fries with the #1. For 24.00 never again.

Literally the worst experience I've had with a Burger King. I use the mobile app to order in advance. I arrived at the drive-thru to pick up my order only to be told to pull aside, the lot was full because from drive-thru that pulled aside. I counted seven cars in total wait for their food. The little guy was nice who brought the food out also the lady at the window. She said my order will be cooked to order so it can be fresh for me so what the hell is the idea behind a mobile app? Do not stop at Burger King in ville Platte!!! This is my warning to you and hopefully something to open the owner's eyes.. I am pretty sure this is a franchise and he don't want to cook no extra fries or anything to lose money at the expense of customers. I have written this review while sitting waiting hopefully they will be out soon. I do not want fast food that I have to wait 15 minutes to 20 minutes for.

This has got to be the crappiest service I have ever experienced. Every time I go in there they are short-staffed or they're taking drive-thru customers before they take lobby customers or their machines are down. The service is horrible from almost all of the employees and I don't think that the owners must be checking the reviews otherwise it would be a lot better than this.
Went in the facility to order a meal since I just got off work and the drive through was packed. I went up to the counter and several people saw me but never acknowledged me. I waited about five minute and then tried to get someone's attention, but they would just look at me and continue their conversations and work. After another 5 minutes I waved at someone and said excuse me, can someone take my order. She then looked at me with a visible annoyance on her face and then looked away and walked away. After that I left and will never order anything from this establishment again.

I feel like respectfully because fast food is already a fast service , the one job they have is to make sure the food is presented FRESH. My family spent money on 4 meals for our family and received it all cold and what seemed like it had been sitting there for some time and just dropped into our to go bag. I tried to call last night about 3-4 times and no answer. With little babies at home it’s an effort to have to drive all the way back just to put in a complaint so now I’m stuck with taking a loss I suppose and not having the problem resolved. This was night crew by the way. My freeze drink also wasn’t even filled throughout my cup, it had the appearance of what looked like it had been sitting out already. I’m not satisfied and probably would never go back. The meat had a bad smell and was shriveled and dried out. I don’t understand how anyone thought this was okay?!
