We were the only people in the restaurant. The lady behind the counter looked at us twice, turned around and rested up on the counter and proceeded to talk to the other co -workers. I went to the restroom, washed hands and returned while my husband and grandson continued waiting. I walked up, she looked at me continued to ignore us. NEVER ONCE said a word to us. I said ok so yall not going to take our order and no response. So we left.. 11/11/2023 @2:40 pm Ville Platte La.. absolutely disrespectful.

This is something I wan t to share with a supervisor it may not get to the supervisor because of my experience today ok I drove at the drive thru and was hoping I could get a quick bite to eat the minute I pulled up a worker answers we are not taking orders right now because we trying to catch up meaning? Why the work isn't being done and what does that have to do with me as a customer?im very dissatisfied with what happened today I'm no longer purchasing food there there's no need for me to continue with this nasty place of business they are not friendly they have no customers. I am telling all my friends and family about this incident
drive thru paid ask to back up after paying "for time tracking " apparently was told. refused receipt went in because order was wrong cashier refused to give correct cheaper burger than given video taped fly landing on burger while arguing finally went get manager . Did not have the equipment warmed up to cook any burgers. Chicken patties were overcooked, buns tasted stale. Dinning room was dirty. Soda machine was out of most of the sodas. Broken grill in soda machine. I would not recommend spending your hard earned money at this place. Staff is not motivated to make sure the restaurant is in working order and management is not verifying everything is running correctly.
