Food was already late getting to me and when I got it the food was burnt and dry. It looked old. Then whoever I talked to on the phone was rude and hung up in my face! Some people shouldn't have jobs! IM CALLING THE CORPORATE OFFICE TOMORROW!

This is the only dominos in our area that literally ALWAYS messes up my order. Every.Single.Time. it's like they just do not care if it's right or if you're inconvenienced by having to wait longer than the app says when it's ready. It is never ready and always wrong. Like every time. I always order a Wisconsin 6 cheese pizza with Alfredo sauce and add pepperoni. It never looks like all the different cheeses are on it which is the whole reason I order this pizza - for all the cheeses. Sometimes the added pepperoni is not on it, which was an upcharge for nothing. I wish they would pay closer attention to the online/app order details for customizations.

The workers also never really seem like they want to be there or have any pep in their step whatsoever. I feel bad for them but also want what I order. Pizza is a rare splurge for us in this economy so it is frustrating when it's not what I was craving and I paid extra to have it how I wanted it only to not get that.

I stopped ordering pizza from Domino’s a year ago because of their bad service, so we came to visit my sister in law and ordered a pepperoni pizza by phone took a few intents to finally someone answered. They took my pick up order and was ready in 30 minutes and was just perfect. I guess I was lucky that day.

I did not get what I ordered, ordered Ultimate Pepperoni and got less than regular Pepperoni, ordered stuffed Pepperoni cheese bread, got regular cheesy bread. Horrible!!!!

First, the food was good. Customer service was undeniably worse I have ever experienced. I arrived at drive thru window. A staff member looked at me and kept working without acknowledging meA second staff member came the back. He looked at me parked at the drive thru window and turned his head. The two carried a conversation between themselves without coming to window or even a wave or nod to me. Every few minutes one of them would look towards the drive window where I remained, waiting for my online order. After about 15 minutes employee number two came and ask what I wanted. I took him I had order a Philly steak sandwich online. He then told me It was coming out the oven. Another 15 minutes went by and a delivery driver (a lady) immediately came to the window and asked if she could help meI told I was waiting for my online order of Philly sandwich. She asked the two guys about it and found out the sandwich was just put in the oven. I told her how long I had been waiting and apologized. Finally, the lady brought my sandwich to the window and apologized again.I worked food services for 50 years. I understand sometimes things can get a little rough. Bit to totally ignore a customer is unacceptable. Even if I had to wait I would have been satisfied with a simple walk to the window, acknowledge me, tell me it would be a little longer than expected. But to purposely ignore me is unacceptable. I will not be visiting Domino's in Ville Platte again.
