Service and atmosphere were fine. The food.... not great. I got steak fajitas. They did not use flank steak. It was some other cut of meat, slow cooked. I guess Ville Platte does not have a ton of options. I was hoping for better. My recommendation, don't get the steak fajitas.
First off, I am from the Phoenix area and know good Mexican food. This place was delicious! I ordered the carnitas with a side of salsa verde and it was absolutely the very best carnitas I have ever had. The top shelf margaritas were excellent. The decor was very nice, heck, even the menu design was super. I can't say enough good things about this amazing place. Do yourself a favor and stop here to eat.
Parking: A lot of place to park at El Charros in VP love the restaurant and the staff very nice makes you want to keep going their to eat and dine!!
