So the drive thru lady was extremely rude, no shocker McDonald's service is predictable. Food was wrong. Also no shocker, I look forward to the 50% discount of my having my lunch made the next day. But now I can't do that either because they leave the phone off the base so incoming calls don't go through and it's a busy line (one of the managers confirmed this to be true.) Actually a horrific establishment, it's such a shame Burger King's menu is objectively worse or there'd be no reason to come to this terrible restaurant. This is my 2nd 1 star review, my first one was years ago, so literally no improvement since last time I lived here, wild how consistently a place can suck.

Very disappointed..I ordered just 2 regular cheeseburgers and I was asked to pull forward and when I finally got my food the cheeseburgers were so small they looked like sliders. And its all the burgers. I had gotten a Big Mac and it too shrank. What BS about it is that they are making the the food so much smaller and charging way too much money for their food and its pathetic. $2.29 for one little cheeseburger. Very Dissatisfied with McDonalds

Didn’t have sweet tea so gave me you sweet with all the syrup puddled on the bottom. Gave me the wrong burger and when I took it back they wouldn’t correct their order because it had one bite taken out of it. First time experiencing this from McDonald’s. Don’t recommend

The manager dressed in Mardi gras gear was very rude very disrespectful she served me a cold Burger the cheese wasn't even a little bit melted including old soggy fries she then told me to take it or leave it..... Very rude

Almost every time I come here my order is wrong, takes forever to be made or is just forgotten about all together. The staff for the most part is friendly, they just don't have a quality control. Always check your food before you leave because they have also forgotten to give me food at times.
