Ordered and paid online through app, noticed I have a mistake. Tried calling multiple times, with no answer. Drove to the store to change the order. Worker was very rude and said my order is already done and can't change the order. Then she told me they don't answer phones after 4 pm, even though I called around 3:30pm. Had to place a whole new order, which she told me to go home and do it online rather that do it in the store. I did place another order in the store, of course I had to pay again. Went in for the second time, they forgot to place my order and had to wait again. Third time I went in, they had my order wrong. I just took my order and left.

Ordered pizza on phone and paid for it with my credit card...said would be ready in 25 minutes...got there wasn't ready...waited over an hour...told manager I was canceling my order...she said oh it is about to come out of the oven...5 minutes later it came out no recent on the box...not completely cooked...horrible manager and service

The people there are very lazy and incompetent. Made my order an hour in advance went to the Walmart nearby and went back to the Pizza Hut and still waited another hour. When my pizza finally came out the worker messed up the pie and asked if I wanted a refund. Very unprofessional. It is a 2 bit operation to say the least.

The food was not up to par. My pizza was lukewarm and my cinnamon rolls were smashed against the top of the box, rubbing off the icing, and the box itself was wet with sweat. It was delivered 25 minutes after the app alerted me that it had been delivered! During that time, I was on hold with the store, as well as an unproductive chat with customer service.

Parking lot has no lights and is very dark at night. Curb appeal sucks Cleanliness inside and out including associates uniforms gets a minus one star. Hygiene needs allot of improvement.
