The place looks pretty run down on the inside, the staff for the most part is unfriendly. Some of the staff there have been friendly when I went, but the majority have an i don't care attitude. Food is decent.

Update: It's been a few years since I last visited here and gave what ended up being one of my worst reviews. I decided to give them another shot since we have few options here. I originally gave 1 star for context. Upon revisiting I see they've replaced their broken speaker and signs. Staff were quick, not rude, and all the food was correct. My only gripe is there still isn't much food in your side orders. They really improved.

Old version: I'd like to preface by saying I don't normally give such bad reviews. I am beyond angry with my service here though. We were interupted midway through our order and because the speaker was so bad they couldn't even hear us. We tried to order more but couldn't. On top of that, they gave us the spicy sandwiches instead of regular. Spicy food makes me violently ill, so I couldn't even eat my sandwich and my potatoes had a grand three teaspoons in them. Waste of money and time. I work in fast food, I know what it's like, and this is unacceptable.

I asked for certain thing completely ignored me. After reading some of the other post, seems I'm not the only person having problems. Doesn't look like management cares very much. Also the side orders are barely a spoon full. Won't be seeing my business there anymore.

This place is horrendous in many aspects. The food is usually awful and the workers are rude. I feel ripped off every time I come to this location. I don't see how this place stays open.

Friendly worker, but food wasn't that good rice dressing dry and chicken wasn't that hot,biscuits were very hard ...wasn't happy i just ate the warm chicken this location were in ville platte

🔥🔥🔥🔥 fire, tried the Golden BBQ Chicken Sandwich...and it was amazing. My family tried the ghost pepper wings and loved them, and the red beans and rice was fire. Mac n cheese was too soft for my liking but overall awesome

First off had to wait to long,then my chicken was extremely bland asked for salt and they told me they ain't got no salt..lordy !! My husband's shrimp was also bland and fries cold.. had to ask for our cups. Carvell needs his hair pulled back an maybe work in the kitchen as he has absolutely no customer skills !! For $24 we expected so much better !! Instead of your employees standing around talking maybe it wouldn't be so unorganized!!! Horrible

Dirty parking lot at 10 am. No one greeted me. A manager complains about it’s too early to eat chicken. But they want their check to be correct.?

Bad very bad I will never be back for starters rang me up and charged me for a family meal then after that told me I couldn't get what I wanted because it would be 30 minutes so not only did I pay $30 for what should have been under $20 I didn't even get what I wanted if you can't give people what they want shut the damn doors this is disgraceful I am to the point where I am completely done with Popeyes it is not a privilege for me to eat at Popeyes I spend my hard-earned money there it is a privilege I give them my money for the meal I am officially done with Popeyes
