To the employee lay you really need to work on your customer service skills they suck badly nobody wants to.order from you if you say ugh what I can I get for you and have attitude when I say we wanted a extra drink not just one when I made that very clear...have a good day to the manager you need to either let her go or teach her better manners have a great day!

I’m usually not an Arby’s fan, but stuck here waiting on a trailer relay. Walked into Arby’s and the service was immediate. It’s been a heck of a long time since I had that good of service. Lady was extremely friendly (and happy birthday btw). Food was still arbyish so not that great but service more than made up for it.

Today I was trying to order some food to dine in but a woman not in uniform who I assume was the manager was behind the counter in the the restaurant area screaming at employees like belittling them I should say. I can't believe even Arby's allows their management to speak to their employees like that. It's a lawsuit waiting to happen, especially whenever the employee is coming from the back in tears. It's sad because this is not the first time I've seen this at this location in Vinton Louisiana. obviously y'all allow it. Sad pitiful y'all should be ashamed of yourselves. I hope one of them sues the hell out of y'all because no one should be treated like that. I even wrote on the Love's review. Love's/Arbys should be ashamed of yourselves for allowing the management to treat people like that. I can't wait to see it in the news that y'all get sued. I'm praying for that to be honest.

I had an awesome experience here. Best I ever experienced from Arby's ever hands-down.
They redeemed all my nation wide Arby's experiences here lol, but seriously.
Early in the morning, they were ready. As soon as I walked in the door, they bombarded me with greetings.
I had a special sandwich where I changed this and that, the cook was ready, she was on top of her game.
They made it happen here.
The cooks name is Mona and she made it happen.
The register guy's name was Andre, and they made it happen.
Easy peasy. Best fast food experience ever, no cap.
Peach cobbler rolls were good.
