As n ex-manager from Burger King, I can truly said this is the worst Burger King I have ever visited. Low quality food and low quality customer service. The cook make I mistake on my order, and I had to hear his complaints about his miserable life. I feel sorry for the next customers looking for a quick casual dinner.

Ordered and paid for a Wednesday Whopper. Purple Bun with the cheese. We got a regular Whopper, no cheese, with a THREE INCH HAIR SMUSHED INTO THE BOTTOM BUN. It's a good thing my niece lost her appetite. Paid 30 cents each for zesty sauce and didn't receive any. Horrible experience that doesn't deserve a single star.

Do they have a place for 0 stars? I never thought prejudice still existed. We walked in the Burger King and the older ladies WORKERS just stared at us as they sat at a table and didn’t budge. Gave us the eye like Martin got on LIFE for those pies. We used the restroom and came out to order only for the lil red head worker to look confused behind the corner BUT TRIED HARD TO LOOK PAST us. I guess he was waiting for approval from the OLDER workers that were mean mugging us for being in there. After waiting about 5 minutes with no contact we walked out and drove to another food place. Horrible service especially in front of kids. Racism is taught and in that lil town it was taught well.

Well,I like burgerking burgers but over the years it's like the employees are missing something where you as the customer can feel as the food cared for properly, cooked properly, and presented properly. I don't know what they have against a hot burger with the cheese melted but it wasn't bad. I get it everyone has them days. Service was fast as usual and staff friendly. Fries id rather not say!

Updated review. It has come to the attention of myself and many, many others of the deplorable and unsanitary conditions of the Burger King here in Vinton. With detailed accounts, as well as picture evidence, were taken by a BK employee, now a former employee. I won't go into any explanation, as to not further damage any decent reputation that the BK in Vinton may still have. But to remain fair to all other places I've visited and reviewed in the past and present, I must update this review and make it an honest review. Writing a review like this pains me to no end, and I hope that I will update this review with a positive one in the near future. Now, I can only write as to what I have witnessed first-hand. I do take other people's experiences into account, but only write about what I have experienced. Over the course of a few years, BK here in Vinton has been in decline. Except for today and the 1 or 2 times a year I choose to eat there to see if there have been any improvements, and also to act as a guinea pig on behalf of my friends and family, my entire family, extended family, and all of my friends, do not currently eat there, nor have any of us eaten there over the past few years. You never know what you will find when you get there. One employee working the entire restaurant alone, doing the job of the order taker and cook? Yes, it has happened. Waiting 30 minutes for a simple Whopper meal, only to find that the fries are cold and the burger wasn't even a Whopper, but a double cheese burger? Yes, it has happened. Fly in the drink? Yes, that has happened, too. Today was no different, as both the Whopper and fries were NOWHERE NEAR THE PROPER HOLDING/SERVING TEMPERATURE and both items were discarded after it was clear that no one there was taking any of this seriously. What ever happened to customer service? Or do they teach rudeness and ignoring paying customers only trying to get a meal they have ordered and eaten literally hundreds of times over his lifetime and knows EXACTLY how everything should look and taste and how hot and fresh it should be during training now? Trying to call the store to inform them of everything always falls on deaf ears, when you can actually get through and reach someone there. (I'm sorry, but a replacement meal from a place that consistently provides subpar quality food is not making any improvements or fixing the issues.) And filling out those surveys on the back of the receipts has never changed anything for the better. In fact, in doing those things seems to only make things worse. I live in Vinton, so I have experienced and witnessed many things over the past few years that make me question food safety. What used to be a great addition to Vinton has turned into a black eye and local embarrassment in our small town.

When going inside, there wasn't anyone at the counter and had to wait a little bit for someone to walk up. When the lady did walk to the register, she didn't even say one word. Just starred at me with the lost look. After placing my order, it took about 20mins to come out, which was a long time for them not being busy at all. Also, the place was so cold I couldn't stand being in there and I planned on eating there, but choose to eat in the 95+ parking lot.
Service was alright since manager was trying to train someone new but left her alone for a bit and she accidentally messed up our order. That’s fine mistakes happen. But the burger we ordered that had bacon was not good. The bacon felt raw and floppy. Didn’t help that there were a lot of houseflies in the restroom

This placed was recently just exposed by a employee last night. They had bugs in the ice. Mold on the walls, mold on the packaging, and the food is old food reused from The previous day, refried and reheated up. YOU WILL GET SICK, DO NOT EAT HERE AND THEY ALSO OWN SULPHUR LOCATION, the pictures that was exposed about this restaurant is enough to make you PUKE IN YOUR MOUTH. You will get sick 100% and I was wondering why I was SO SO SO SICK

Let me start by saying I have never left a review for a fast food joint, but this one is worthy. I stopped at the drive thru to grab a bite, while traveling through the state. I didn't get the young man's name but he was the only employee working. He greeted me and was polite when taking my order, he initiated small talk and had me pull forward to get my order. He informed me it would be a few minutes and apologized. He told me he had to make fresh fries and take two orders and that delayed him bringing out my food. He apologized again and I thanked him for his service. My food was fresh and hot. Whomever the young man is that was working 7/20/24 at about 9PM deserves recognition and a promotion.
Got coffee and tea. Friendly staff and clean.
