This location was clean and fast on my 2 visits so far. Staff is friendly and it hasn’t been too busy. The food has been fresh and I would recommend a stop here if traveling through. I’m not familiar with the area in general but it’s nice when a franchise is well maintained.

My experience in Vinton Burger King where I worked was horrible experience for a woman how dare men that cheat and bring you into it with their lies because what it looks like isn't always what it actually is ungrateful people don't deserve a good review but hey they need a review so good job Burger King in Vinton New Management always seems to do the job for great people and better workers to work for them I applaud you for working at Burger King guys may God be with you in your journey hopefully moving up if that's your goal

Whopper meal, with cheese no pickles, onion rings instead of fries and sweet tea. Had to repeat 3 times as girl taking order was also on the phone. Had to pull up for my order, which not a big deal. BUT if I’m pulling up and waiting for food, I expect 2 things. First that it will be fresh and second it will be correct. Onion rings were BURNT AND COLD. Whopper had no cheese, lettuce and TEN pickle slices. Yes I counted them and nothing else on burger.

The only thing good about this place was the hot fries. Dining area, drink area & bathrooms were absolutely gross. Employees standing around and talking about other employees. Employees chasing behind the counter. One employee told another that there were people walking in the door && she started complaining.

As n ex-manager from Burger King, I can truly said this is the worst Burger King I have ever visited. Low quality food and low quality customer service. The cook make I mistake on my order, and I had to hear his complaints about his miserable life. I feel sorry for the next customers looking for a quick casual dinner.

Ordered and paid for a Wednesday Whopper. Purple Bun with the cheese. We got a regular Whopper, no cheese, with a THREE INCH HAIR SMUSHED INTO THE BOTTOM BUN. It's a good thing my niece lost her appetite. Paid 30 cents each for zesty sauce and didn't receive any. Horrible experience that doesn't deserve a single star.

Do they have a place for 0 stars? I never thought prejudice still existed. We walked in the Burger King and the older ladies WORKERS just stared at us as they sat at a table and didn’t budge. Gave us the eye like Martin got on LIFE for those pies. We used the restroom and came out to order only for the lil red head worker to look confused behind the corner BUT TRIED HARD TO LOOK PAST us. I guess he was waiting for approval from the OLDER workers that were mean mugging us for being in there. After waiting about 5 minutes with no contact we walked out and drove to another food place. Horrible service especially in front of kids. Racism is taught and in that lil town it was taught well.
