This was my first experience with Krispy Krunchy Chicken, and I was delighted with the pleasant service I received from the gentleman who was working around 8:30pm on 7-5-2024. He was friendly, personable, and courteous! He is an asset to the store, and a shining example for the brand as a whole. The chicken he prepared was superb in every way - large pieces, (bone in AND tenders were huge!) crispy, piping hot fresh and bursting with flavor. My whole family enjoyed the meal! I would definitely return to this location again in the future if I’m in the area again. I hope that this review can be shared with the gentleman who took our order and then made our meal - he really made the experience an 11/10! Thank you so much for a delicious dinner. - Ted

The older lady who checked me out was very nice, so I give her 5 stars for her excellent service. However, my experience with Krispy Krunchy Chicken was disappointing. The chicken was greasy and lacked crunchiness. Additionally, the dipping sauce provided was only 3/4 full, which wasn't enough for the 4 tenders. It's my first and last time trying it.

The jambalaya is the best jambalaya I have ever tasted! The chicken tasted ok. The lady working there was very nice and friendly. Next time I go back it will definitely be for the jambalaya.
