I decided to drive through to get a quick bite to eat, something small. I ordered a corn dog and a drink, the corn dog was made fresh. The employee was friendly and fast. As I drove through the parking lot it was clean, and there was plenty of parking. Good experience, good customer service.

My local Sonic Drive-In, in my humble opinion, is one of the best around! No joke, and I'm being 100% real. I have used the Sonic App so I could order and pay for the food ahead of time (which is extremely easy and a huge time-saver), placed an order at one of the stalls, as well as ordered through the drive-thru, and I must say that my orders always come out, hot and fresh, and on time! The employees are friendly, and helpful. The property is clean and maintained. Their ice cream/shake machines are NEVER out of order! There always seems to be something new and different to try! Keep up the good work, Sonic Drive-In of Vinton, Louisiana! I, for one, thank you!!

On 5/15/2024 I ordered the Cheesy Bacon Stack Combo. After arriving home, and taking a couple of bites, I realized there WAS NO BACON on this sandwich. How can you advertise this as a cheesy Bacon Stack Combo, then leave off the primary ingredient.
Approximately one week before that, I ordered a Hickory BBQ Cheeseburger. When I got home, I realized it was a Sonic Double Cheeseburger Combo. Totally incorrect sandwich.
I stop in your Vinton location about once a week. I always pull in a stall, rather than tie up your drive through. I always give your carhops a tip. WHY CANT YOU GIVE YOUR CUSTOMER THE ORDER HE PAID FOR?
I have complimented your establishment in the past, but after two blotched orders in a row, I can't help but wonder what has happened!
I will be hesitant to order anything from sonic again, based on these experiences!
I will gladly provide positive feedback when it is deserved, but I will fervently provide negative feedback when it is warranted.
The first instance was looked over as a fluke. The second instance was unforgiveable, especially since the primary ingredient (bacon) was not even placed on the sandwich.
