I swear it every single time I order drinks here, they always get it wrong. And this time it's even worse because the whole staff was spending their time outside socializing and I had to wait forever for my drink. And they STILL got my drinks wrong. How hard is it to pour a drink?

If you go during the day, the service is OK. However, if you go anytime after 3:00 pm, you might as well drive the 20 minutes to Blanchard sonic, because it's going to take them 45 minutes to get you your food anyway. Don't waste your time.

Recently went to Sonic in Vivian La. While waiting after pushing the red button, listened to 3 songs with the volume low on the radio. Not once did someone answer when pushing more than twice. Was disgusted and left with the workers just hanging out. Went to Walmart next door, picked up food to heat up in a microwave and had better service.

It’s alright besides leaving and hitting that 3 foot deep hole when it’s dark sweet tea is always good though 👍 but I think I got scoliosis now

I came up and I have been sitting in the parking lot for over 40 minutes now all I ordered was two drinks off of the app and then they told me they were short staffed, but there were five workers sitting outside at the front just smoking cigarettes and then when I beeped the button again to say hey, I’ve been sitting here for 40 minutes She said OK and literally just hung up on the thing didn’t even tell me she was coming or anything. Horrible do not recommend. I hope they find better employees.

We waited for 5 to 7 minutes and no o e took our order. We drove to the drive through and no one would take our order. We left and came back, still no one took our order WTH?

If you send your food back because they give you the wrong order, they will make you wait awhile and then being you the same cold sandwich back.
