Food was cold, even after asking if they could make sure it was fresh. Sandwich was dressed incorrectly. I havent had burger king in years and decided to give them another try and this is the second time in a row having issues with burger king. I will not be returning.

Waited over 45 minutes through the drive through and never got to order.
More then 4 cars left and went to McDonald's across the street.

It’s Burger King- home of the whopper. This location is consistently good. We were wanting breakfast this morning and had missed the window by three minutes McDonald’s said sorry, Burger King asked what we wanted and made it :) it felt like we were actually being listened to and cared about. It’s confusing when they are just going to throw the food anyway, why not make money off of it? Anyway, thanks Burger King and your staff for making us smile with some breakfast croissants!

Don’t even try to go here for breakfast. People that work here are incredibly rude and unprofessional. Had the entire lobby closed even with 3 workers because they couldn’t handle it. Cussed at me and made inappropriate hand gestures just because we came inside. Won’t be back

I’ve found hair in my food on two separate occasions. First time was in a croissant and the second time was on top of a Big Fish sandwich at dinner time.

Unfortunately, the fries were no better. They were cold, limp, and stale, with none of the crispness or heat that fresh fries should have. They tasted as though they had been fried hours earlier and simply left under a warmer until being tossed into the bag. Eating them was unpleasant, and I could not finish them.
The entire meal felt like it had been carelessly thrown together with no attention to quality or customer satisfaction. Burger King is a major chain, and customers have every right to expect that the food they receive will meet basic standards: cooked properly, served hot, and prepared with at least some care. This order did not meet even the lowest standard of quality, and it left me extremely disappointed.
What makes this worse is the feeling that my money was completely wasted. When I place an order, I expect a meal I can enjoy. Instead, I had to throw most of this food away because it was inedible. Food like this should never leave the kitchen — it shows a complete lack of quality control and disregard for the customer experience.
I have included photos to support my claim. The pictures clearly show the condition of the burger and fries as they were received. This is not a matter of personal preference, but of basic food safety and quality that Burger King failed to deliver.
I strongly urge Burger King to address these issues. If this level of food preparation continues, it will damage the brand’s reputation and drive away loyal customers. At the very least, I believe I am entitled to a refund or a replacement for this order. More importantly, I hope the restaurant takes steps to ensure meals are freshly prepared, properly cooked, and presented in a way that reflects care and respect for customers.
I am submitting this review in the hope that management will take it seriously and make the necessary changes so other customers do not have to experience what I did.

The food was hot fresh and the customer service was friendly the store was very clean. The manager Angel was so nice taking our order and the whole experience was great.

People where great and friendly but the food was horrible the patty on my burger was hard and not edible and the bun was so stail it felt like plastic in my mouth this burgerking used to be great until they remodeled it in 2016 please give us our old burger king back
