I’m sorry. Perhaps it’s just me but the Dominos pizzas just don’t taste good to me anymore. I’m not knocking it. The recipes are consistent and flavorful, but for me it just seems to have that Fast Food cookie cutter bland that you’d expect from a Pizza Chain. If one were to take the time to go to an authentic Italian restaurant, and order a pizza from there. Then you’ll know what I’m talking about. I wish no ill will towards Domino’s Pizza but it’s like pizza for parents in a hurry who need to quickly feed hungry young kids.

I have ordered from this place probably around 100 times, tonight I placed an order and right before it went out for delivery they called me saying their manager Jessie asked them not to deliver my order because I was outside of the "delivery map" even though like I have mentioned I have ordered probably 100 times if not more from this location, and I tip well. So I drive up there to talk to them, but Jessie wouldn't talk to me, they wouldn't even tell me if he was there...So they finally show me the delivery map, and my address is on it, I live on Cane Market fairly close to Florida blvd, their map showed that cane market was on deliverable where I was, and even several minutes past me, but not further down Florida blvd, they were trying to say they canceled my order because they can't deliver to that side of the street LOL! but they can across the street, even 10 minutes up the same road, anyone in their right mind knows this wasn't the intention of the delivery map.Keep in mind I am a very regular customer, tip well, and only live 8 minutes from them, and tried to plead my case, I was slightly disgruntled during the encounter (obviously), but never at all threatening and they didn't ask me to leave. A few minutes later I get a call from walker PD saying they accused me of going behind the counter and through the side door, both of which are absolute lies, I left peacefully, have video evidence from my phone of the whole encounter, and video from my Tesla.So now I will be pursuing legal action if possible, if nothing else obviously reaching out to corporate with my evidence.I own a locksmith firm in Walker, have never ever had the police called on me before tonight. And tonight was based on absolute lies, truly a new low for fast food experiences. Thanks for ruining multiple peoples nights for absolutely no reason.

Workers just messing around not even really working. Super slow. And they need to not lie and say an order will take 30 minutes and then make it take multiple hours (more than 3)

I order a family order from the Domino's located at 28470 Walker Rd. South Walker, LA on Saturday, September 09, 2023. About 10 mins after I ordered, the delivery driver called me and confirmed my address. He then told me the order would be ready soon, and he would be on his way to bring it to me. I was following the order via the the online tracker, and about 20-25 mins later, I saw the order was all of a sudden cancelled, when it should have been just finishing and be on its way via delivery. I checked my phone and noticed I had just missed a call from the store. I called them back, and they told me they cancelled my order because they do not deliver to my area. I told them their store is the store that was automatically given to me when I ordered online using my address. They said they do not deliver to my side of the interstate. I live about a mile from the interstate, and about 10 mins from the Domino's store. I asked them why they did not tell me this sooner? I asked them why they waited 30 minutes and after they had already made my order to tell me they would not deliver my order. I was unable to pick up my order, which is why I ordered delivery. This is a complete lack of costumer service. If the Domino's website made the mistake, and the Domino's store did not catch the mistake prior to making the complete order, the logical thing for Domino's to do is to drive a couple extra minutes and deliver the food but tell the customer the address is out of the service area, so in the future, the customer would have to order from a different location. I would have been very grateful and impressed by the excellent customer service, even though they only went a couple mins outside of their service area. This Domino's instead decided to abruptly cancel the order and do whatever with the food already made (eat it themselves, throw perfectly good food away, etc). It amazes me that they'd rather throw the food away and refund the money than get the business. I tipped 20% on the order when I ordered online, btw. This whole experience shows the lack of leadership and forward thinking among the workers and managers at this Domino's.

I'm not sure what happened, but this place has definitely changed their game. The pizza was fresh and hot and delivered fast. Very delicious, better than papa johns... You guys need to give this place a try!

I am very picky about my food, but I have to say that this is the best dominos pizza I've had. I wanted my pizza to be well done, and that pizza was perfection. I don't know the girl's name, but she was super friendly! Thank you
