Foo Chow Asian buffet

I DO NOT RECOMMEND! What once was a great place to eat has gone down so poorly. Especially one worker, Bruce. He was so kind until he was not your server. Even when spoken to, if you don't sit in his section he is rude, will not acknowledge you and will say "your server will get it!" Very unsatisfied when our server was busy and Bruce just watched leaning against the wall. The soft shell crabs are so hard you can't eat. The food is greasy and over cooked. We used to go all the time, so did several other people we have known, and we stopped going. It's nowhere as busy as before and there's a reason for this! Food is not fresh and service is horrible now. Happy to drive to Baton Rouge!

I could have marinated chicken on the curb of the neutral ground on Mardi Gras and it would have tasted better.

The seafood buffet was very good. There was crabs, shrimp, crab legs, frog legs, mussels, and fish. There was also the traditional oriental foods.

Place is not what it used to be. Food was horrible for double the price. Use to make special trips from Covington just to come here. Not anymore.

I passed by this place for years saying "One day, I'm going have to stop and try that place". Well, one day I did and so glad that I did. Now that I've been eating here for years I can leave here an honest review. VARIETY - With a vast variety of foods (not just asian) it is highly likely there is something here for everyone. CONSISTENCY - No matter which day or time, whether lunch or dinner. The food is always consistent. BIG PLUS+ STAFF - Always prompt service with a friendly attitude. PRICE - is very affordable and budget friendly. Niether over or under priced. When combining variety, consistency, staff friendliness and affordability. Foo Chow makes for a wise choice when compared to other restaurants in the area. With plenty of seating and parking. Large crowds are welcome. And with the vast variety of culture and cuisine it is sure to offer something for everyone. HAPPY EATS !
