Multiple times now, with it being different workers each time, have taken over 15 minutes to make our food, messed up the order, and when we would go inside to ask to get it corrected you can here employees from the back cursing and hollering how they hate their job and all kinds of stuff. Do not eat here. Someone who hates their job does not care about cleanliness or sanitation . Food is always gross and a disappointment everytime so we dont eat here anymore.

To keep their ODT in good standing, they have you pull around as soon as they take your payment. When in all actuality it took 10 minutes from the time I placed my order. Do better.
No one in the parking lot. Had to wait to be waited on then had to pull around and wait for a small order. I eventually went in and got it. Found the employees seemingly having a laugh amongst themselves. Looked laid back. Love the food though.
Egg rolls are better than the egg rolls at the chinese restaurant.

HORRIBLE visit on 8/24. COMPLETELY out of their NEW smash patties. Asked if I would be okay with regular patty. I accepted. Patty was WAY too small for bun. Thin. Dry. Overcooked. Over $8 and it was one of the worst hamburgers I have ever had. Probably won't be back.

Jack-in-the-Box is one of my favorite fast food places they got a variety that’s unmatched by any other fast food place. The stuff used to taste much better but I guess that’s the nature of the beast in 2025. It’s charging the most you can supply in the least you can. And with that I mean quality not quantity.
