While there really isn't any atmosphere to a Little Caesars the employees made a great and of course I absolutely love their deep dish cheese and pepperoni. It's my number one go to for pizza. Can't beat the taste and price!

I just got home with my order and they rung me up for a deep dish and made me a deep dish with no sauce when I SPECIFICALLY ordered a cheesy bread, add pepperoni, extra garlic. I try to call them twice and they don’t answer. Worst service. How can you get an order this wrong.

The crew in there now and the manager were awesome they bring the cheesy sticks out to us we were very very appreciated and impressed

I placed an order at 5pm on Saturday Feb 24 that the store cancelled due to staff shortage. I did not receive a phone call or a refund. After multiple calls to fix the issue, I was placed on hold 3x for the entire morning of Feb 25. My transaction # 282218278 if anyone from Little Caesars would refund my account.

On February 15, at around 6:50 PM, I was verbally attacked by an employee and the manager of the store named Maison. I was cursed for asking for my money back for waiting over an hour for two pizzas. I was patient after waiting 45 min. I was told they lost my order and was working on it. When I checked a second time after another 15 minutes passed by, I was told by the employee who checked me out that I lost my own “f-ing” order and that she was off the clock. I hollered to the back for a manger and asked for my pizza and my money back because I was just cursed, and the “manger told me he wasn’t giving me a pizza, but would refund my money. I told him that I was just cursed by his employee, and he began to get irate and started cursing me and telling me that once he refunded my money, I was to “get the hell out of “his” store. I started to video him and so did other customers in the store who began to speak up on my behalf that they heard him cursing the employees from the back. Once I received my refund, I just left. I tried to call corporate for someone to address the problem, and I was left on hold for 25 minutes. This is unacceptable behavior. I will NEVER do business with Little Caesar’s I. Walker again. This manager and employee need to be fired. Pathetic. I couldn’t even believe what was happening in front of my face for simply trying to tell the manager about their disrespectful employee.
