Workers are never friendly. Prices have sky rocketed. And it’s 8am on a Friday morning and their doors are locked without a sign saying why and no hours are posted

5:15 and still not open. This location will be open at 4:50 one day and then not till 5:30 another.

I'm a doordash driver. The order I picked up was a mixed 2 dozen. When I went to pick up the order the lady was saying she didnt put 3 donuts in the order because they didn't all fit in 2 boxes. I told her she needs to either put the rest in another box or bag. Shorting to-go orders so flippantly over such a small issue. I wonder how many other to-go orders get shorted for this reason. Customers should get EVERYTHING they paid for. This was unacceptable behavior.

The food was cold. I expected it to have warm, fresh dounuts after spending almost $30.00. I had to come home and heat up my purchase.

I've come here tons of times before for their delicious donuts, but this time I tried the boudin kolaches, WOW!!!! They're absolutely delicious!!! And the service here is always so friendly and nice!

We ordered 2 dozen donuts and 1/2 dozen donut holes, Mary Lees only gave us the bag in the picture. I called the shop and the guy I spoke to was rude and stated that we were out and there is nothing I can do. They had our phone number and could have let the door dasher know they couldnt fulfill our order before letting us wait and receive a ridiculous bag they delivered. Will not be ordering from there again the service is terrible and communication is not there for the customers.

Ordered delivery from them. Paid $50 for 2 dozen donuts and donut holes. We received two very small bags of maybe 6 donut holes and that was it. Called them to ask what happened and they decided to tell us, “We probably ran out. I don’t know what to tell you.” Very unprofessional and was not very kind on the phone. Do not recommend.
