Up north we only have a few options when it comes to donuts... Dunkin, Tim Hortons or your grocery store donuts. Since I moved here to Louisiana... Mary Lee's is the only place I go to for donuts
We recently had a King Cake (cream cheese)tasting contest to see who has the BEST in our area. Three king cakes from three popular bakeries. Out of the three it was pretty much a unanimous vote! Mary Lee's King Cake won! The participants were all amazed with taste, texture and filling. ???
