It's not just this location, it's all of them since the self-service kiosks were added. You're treated like you're invisible. You're spending loads of cash on a regular basis most of the time, yet saying anything to someone in uniform is met with cold glares and often no words at all. No thanks or here's your receipt or even a hello. It's really unfriendly. If you ask for help at all you're spoken to unprofessionally and often with rude tones of voice. I get it you don't wanna be there but at least you have a job and a paycheck. If someone asks for a pack of ketchup or a bag, just give it to them and say here ya go thanks or even give an uncomfortable smile. After this past visit I'm not coming back ever again. The order is always incorrect. We are always treated poorly. And this particular location in walker is incredibly slow and disorganized. Been double charged once. Have never had the curbside service work properly on the app. Even when the staff if given the app to see, they often experience problems themselves. Have had to wait double time on orders more than twice. (Had to order twice and wait for the food to be made twice. Once given away to wrong person. Second time was completely incorrect food items and order.) Horrible experience.

Went threw the drive threw 12/04/24 approx 830 pm, ordered two quarter ponders, patiently waited my turn n when I got too the window they told me to pull too the side to wait for my food as they helped the person behind me, y’all suck, that’s the last time you will get my service n you can keep the burgers, wasn’t worth the wait

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. This is the absolute WORST McDonalds I’ve ever been to. They only have a changing station in the Men’s restroom and we couldn’t even use it because there were bugs all over it. Then I ordered from the kiosk at 10:40 am only to find out that breakfast doesn’t end until 11, but the kiosk didn’t allow me to select breakfast as an option. So after I paid for my food, I had to wait about 25 mins for my food to come out. DO NOT STOP HERE! This place is TERRIBLE!!!

Booboo fries. My dr pepper tasted like baby throw up. No apples and took 30 minutes to get me a 6 piece happy meal.my cookie tote was also in a brown paper bag.Do not recommend and my princess peach toy looked heavily deformed

The food was good, the service was the best part of our visit and the biggest problem we had eating in the lobby was the fact half the tables were dirty, which meant limited seating choices, no paper towels or condiments ie ketchup dispenser to use. Both the men’s and women’s bathrooms were dirty toilets were filthy and there’s no mirrors in the women’s bathroom and both the hand dryers didn’t work in the women’s and only one in the men’s worked. So that’s why in total generously giving 3 out of 5 stars.

Very poorly managed. Someone who appeared to be in management was stopping her employees from serving customers and pretty loudly embarrassing them. The sweet employee was trying to serve customers and would get yelled at in front of the customers and would be forced to stop helping them to go do something for the manager (or whoever that was). Terrible atmosphere and that poor girl needs a new job. 😢

I would like to give 5 stars but the new look inside looks like they don't want customers to stay. Plus if a bus came in and because so close to Interstate 12 there's nowhere to sit. Really bad choice.
