I ordered curbside 20 min later still no food i had to call store then 7 min later she brought a very cold cheeseburger to me i had to go inside wait 15 min before somebody asked if they could help told her the problem waited another 10 min received another cold burger. OMG not surprising

I ordered, paid at the first window, as one does. By the time I reached the second window, the employee asked in an accusatory tone, “Did you stop at the first window?” I replied, “Yes.” Then she proceeded to ask, “Did you even pay?” Of course, I said, “Yes, I did” (what kind of idiot would I be to go to the second window if I hadn't paid?). She said she was going to check, then came back and said her screen was lagging and my payment had not appeared. I understand that technical issues can happen, but the way one delivers their message is important. The time she took rudely asking me, she could have confirmed with her coworker who took my payment.

Today patties are scorched, and halfway off the bun
Going to get food elsewhere, I'll try again in another few months, maybe new management by then
