My wife and I bought a pizza Friday around 5pm and that was the worse pizza I have ever overpaid for. Please fix the cook.

We just had one of the worst experiences at a restaurant. We love rotolos and have for years, but tonight, we won’t be going back. The “service” was Terrible. It was a bunch of teenagers that kept disappearing. The food took forever. Appetizers came two minutes before food. We waited forever for silverware. The girl putting our food down couldn’t tell us what it was or whether it was our order. The waitress kept disappearing or would say she was going to get something and then would go to two or three other tables. It was really sad. I would have loved to tell a manager, but there was no adult to be found.

The place is filthy. Mens room smells like a sewer. Detroit pizza a lot to be desired. Won't be back. Ever.
I used to absolutely love this place. Pizza was amazing and thick. Filled with toppings and I have always ordered the same thing just in different sizes and sometimes I would get wheat crust. It’s been years since I moved out of town so when I found myself in the area and happened to have a 30.00 gift card, I couldn’t resist! That gift card got me 1 bbq chicken pizza and it smelled AMAZING! When I got back and finally opened the box that had me and my dog drooling the whole ride back, WHAT?!! Almost 30 bucks without sides, without a beverage!?? As thin as a cardboard box. Reheated slightly in the microwave and it’s so much tougher than one. It took so much energy to tear it apart and gnaw on it enough to finally swallow the dry and barren pie, my disappointment is far greater than I can actually say here. Barely any chicken to be found and I paid 2 dollars for extra onions when there should be more than what’s here BEFORE ordering extra! Domino’s bbq chicken wipes the floor with this now. Unfortunately, Rotolo’s, this is goodbye. Heartbroken but you have lost your way.

My baby's favorite place to get her triple pineapple pizza! Or at least it was. It appears that the night manager is more concerned with talking over loyal customers and being condescending, then charging for a canceled order with no food sent out. Time to find a new pizza place.

Staff is wonderful, zero complaints on that front but the extra small version of the krewe cheesestick is wild and caught me way off guard. Idk whose decision is was to shrink it, but it's super disappointing. I'd understand if the price wasn't still $13, but the price for what you get is absolutely insane. Being that its a thin crust and a child size pizza with light toppings and no sauce, I know those margins must be fat. I've gone for years and the price has clearly become very predatory, very sad to see. Again, staff was very nice, this clearly has everything to do with the owners. Doubt this brand will last much longer.
