I ordered some chili cheese tater tots DoorDash & this is from Sonic and I am highly disappointed with how my food was handled. My order was left out completely unsealed and open, with no care to secure it. The packaging was sloppy and it honestly made me lose my appetite. For a place that serves food to the public, this is unacceptable!!!!! especially with how easy it is for food to get contaminated when it’s not properly sealed.

I expected at least basic care in packaging, but this experience was careless and unprofessional. Definitely makes me think twice about returning.

Tried speaking with the manager specifically and was told “ you would have to contact 3rd party” this wasn’t the answer I was expecting from someone who is supposed to be professional!!! Spoke with one of the staff members and was told “ oh we were out of DoorDash stickers” that’s not the point!!! It literally takes common sense to just make sure on y’all’s end food is prepared and secured properly. Highly pissed

If I paid extra for the cookie dough in my sonic blast on top of the reeses, i dont want you to put half the original amount of reeses and half the amount of cookie dough. I paid extra, there should be a full serving of both.

Honestly the RUDEST service I have ever experienced. I’ve worked for a different sonic for over 7 years and they are letting their store go in the ground. The girl at the drive-thru intercom and window had the worst attitude when I asked for a sticker to cover my drink lid. Refused. Yeah it’s simple but yall need to train your employees to speak to customers with respect. Now I see why there are SO many horrible reviews on this sonic.
