Food was great. I don't care much for the automated ordering process. It takes a minute to navigate the menu. There are so many options to choose from that it is a bit difficult to locate a specific item. The upside is being able to customize how you want your order and being able to adjust your order depending on your price range

The woman working the counter at 850 pm Dec 23rd 2025 has a disgusting attitude. Me and my husband placed an online order and she argued with us that the window that we placed it at a diffrent store. After saying “we needed to check the order in at the window which we did” We offered the order number wouldn’t even hear it. A few moments later it apparently popped up. They made the order. Still with the same attitude. I understand the season is hard and some guest are hard to handle but it’s not excuse. I hope the next guest receives better service.

Walker Taco Bell is my favorite compared to all the others in Livingston by far. The crew are always friendly and never get my order wrong, no matter if I use online ordering through the app or at the speaker through the drive-thru! Food is always hot and fresh. Thanks you guys!!

I ordered a beef burrito supreme and its had two little peices of meat out of the whole burrito and its was falling apart after everybite worst burrito ive ever had it was just lettuce cheese and vegetables and too much of that

The sauce on the items I ordered had a strange taste to them. I couldn't tell if they were kept at the wrong temperature and they went bad, or if Taco Bell changed the recipe. But either way, I think I'm going to take a break from Taco Bell for a while.

The staff and is always so kind to me, and the food is always great. I would like to give a special mention to the manager Emily; she is easily the best manager at the establishment due to her great attitude and quick service. I would also like to mention Ethan, another one of the employees. He works so hard and my food always tastes better when he makes it. If you ask me, Emily and Ethan deserve a raise for their exceptional work and service.

I had placed an order and went into the bathroom. The only stall was occupied so I waited 10 minutes for the guy to come out. He came out wearing Taco Bell uniform and walked right outside the bathroom without washing his hands. When I talked to a manager about this she said she would have a talk with him like it was a slap on the wrist. That is the most disgusting thing I can imagine from the food industry. I will never ever come to this location ever again. Be warned. They have poop hands when they make your food

So I'm asking for more sauce and the lady literally lies and says she is completely out of sauce. I asked if there was any inside and she says no. Well obviously I go inside to check and guess what. They had the sauce lol. I know this is irrelevant but it's the principal of being honest and not lying. Dumbest reason to get a bad review. Over a couple packets of sauce😂 well here you go lady.

Supreme taco didn't have any meat on it. Yep. Just the taco shell cheese and salad. Was charged for 3 packs of avocado sauce and it wasn't given to me. When things like this happen with a drive thru order, it's not worth taking back or calling, but it is very disappointing.
