Uh..... No. Every time I go to this place, whether Dine-In or Drive-Thru, the food gets worse and worse. I ordered 4 crunchy Tacos and sat in my car in the parking lot to eat. The Tacos were already so soggy, that the shells busted and the bottom totally fell out on three of the tacos. The Mexican Pizza tasted rather strange, compared to other visits. Like there was a lot more sauce and salt on it. It wasn't good at all and I couldn't even finish it.On the last two visits, my order was wrong, and the food was lower quality. Not sure what's going on here, but this will be my last trip to this Taco Bell. I've tried to give them several chances at food quality and orders, but it's just not happening.

everytime i make a mobile order they completely disregard my add on toppings or substitutes. i do mobile orders so that nothing gets misscommunicated from the speakers in the drive through, they'll ask if everything looks good on the screen and then give you exactly what you asked to not be on your food, and won't add the toppings you paid $1 for each. sad this is the only taco bell around here
It just seems like Taco Bell has lost that loving feeling. The staff are friendly but the food seems to be waning a little. I want to love Taco Bell. I have loved Taco Bell. For years and years. Perhaps they should raise their prices a little and upgrade the quality of their ingredients.I’m confident that customers would understand slight price increases with Inflation affecting everything. But if in the process of trying to remain competitive, they sacrifice the quality of their dishes, that’s not a winning strategy.I’m not saying the food tastes bad. It just doesn’t seem as good as before. I know it’s a Fas Food Chain but Taco Bell became a worldwide success for a good reason. They were good. It’s the same with Burger King.
