I recently visited this sushi restaurant during lunch hours and had a mixed experience. The food itself was genuinely good — However, the service flow was frustrating. While dining in, we asked the waitress about our order (30 minutes had passed since order was taken when we advised that we only had an hour) we were advise that multiple takeout orders were prepared before our table’s sushi was even started. We ended up waiting much longer than expected, and had to pack everything up for to-go. It felt like dine-in customers were being deprioritized in favor of to-go orders. I understand that takeout is important for business, but when you choose to eat in, you expect timely service. If you’re ordering takeout, this place might be perfect. But if you’re planning to dine in during your lunch break, be prepared for a potentially longer wait. I’d return for the quality of the food, but I hope they reconsider how they balance dine-in and to-go orders in the future.
Did take out from here the other day. Just ordered some sushi rolls. Had a pleasant time chatting with the hostess Tori while I waited for my food. Seems like a nice place to go out and sit in and eat. Friendly staff and great food

The past times I've been here the food was great. Today I got the chicken hibachi lunch. The entire dish was bland but the chicken was exceptionally bad, like it was seared in a pan with no oil or seasoning. The rice and veggies were the same. Told the waitstaff the dish was horrible. When she brought the check I saw I was being charged for my item and told them if I had to.pay for this I'll never be back. She told the chef and came back with the check and I was still charged. I'll never visit this place again. Took the chicken to see if my dogs will eat it since I paid for it.

Calling in orders is difficult. The hostess taking the order did not know what was included in their daily lunch specials. I had to prompt her to include the side. Then I had to clarify that I wanted to different items, not two orders of two items each. Then I had to ask her to repeat the order. She never took my name or number, but I was given a total and a projected time. When I showed up, they had not even started on the order because one of the sushi rolls I had requested was not part of the lunch special. So they just...
...did nothing.
This started with a training issue and ended with a managerial issue. The hostess should be aware of what is and is not included as part of their DAILY lunch special. Contact info should be logged in case something screws up. But in the absence of being able to contact me to renegotiate the order, management should have proceeded as it was, because the onus is on the people that should know their own menu.
The food is decent, but not good enough for me to put up with that many different shades of incompetence.

This was our first time trying it here, as I am very picky about trying new places for sushi. But it was a 10/10 experience! We got it to go, and everything was still hot when we got home. The sushi is some of the freshest tasting sushi I’ve ever had. The flavor and serving sizes are perfect! We will definitely be back.

Usually do door dash orders but I came in wanting to order after work. The young lady in the front. The host was very sweet but her tone of voice and attitude made me very uncomfortable. I asked for LsU roll and a side of rice. And she said friend rice and told me the sell it I just should have specify white rice. But I also didn’t SPECIFY I wanted friend rice either. Told her no thank you and I didn’t like her attitude and told her I hope she had a blessed day. She proceeded so Shrug her shoulders and roll her eyes. Having a bad day or frustrated I get it but every person that walks in the door should be treated with respect as well as having a nice attitude, but I get that y’all also don’t care I wouldn’t care to this review because my money may not have been needed, but definitely improve the atmosphere of customer service. Even the tone of her voice when she spoke when I walked in since that she was frustrated about something. Anyways food still good will go where I’m treated and greeted respectfully

Food is not good. Will not eat here again. Cowboy Roll claims to be steak. Gyoza had a torn fingernail in it. 🤮 Never been more disappointed in an expensive meal.

Wonderful food and service every time we go. I love their pepper tuna and LA rolls. There are less expensive sushi restaurants in the Denham area, but finding one with quality raw fish is hard. Tadashi is absolutely worth the price you pay.

I got a take out order w the LSU roll which was extremely high but well worth it. I definitely will get again in about 6 months when I treat myself again

Everything our family ordered was absolutely delicious. It was a grade above.
