Ordered Honey Mustard BBQ Chicken Wrap and they did not include Honey Mustard or BBQ Sauce on this wrap. How do you forget the main ingredients. Very disappointing!!!!!!! Updated Review after contacting store. Called to inquire about order and they did not offer a way to resolve. Apparently ‘New Rule’ with this generation. “the staff is always right”. The gentleman was very rude on phone and hung up on me. Service is by far the worst.

April 16 2024 1203pm. What kind of franchise owner doesn't know how to properly order the products that are used to make their sandwiches? They have no HAM, TURKEY, NOR ROAST BEEF meat. And allow me to cut you off right there, don't even think about using the excuse of "we have been busy". It's called Being Prepared. If your store is out then the owner should be making sure to get some product from another store. If they are out, then hit up the local Market Basket for some meat. Seriously.
