HORRIBLE SERVICE , cake looked awful and they did nothing but blamed it all on the fact it’s whipped cream cake!!!! They why tell me you can do it when you couldn’t !!! Just terrible manager never called back nor refunded anything to me ..
I purchased a dozen of assorted cookies. They were not fresh at all.
Everyone knows how stressful a One year olds birthday party can be. The mom wants everything perfect. Of course the kid won’t remember it but the mom WILL. Out of all things to go wrong, no one expected it to be the cake. Especially a cake so simple and with one request. MAKE IT PINK. She even sent pictures of exactly how she wanted it and they still did it in bright red when she specifically said “I want it pink.” Then we she reached out about it, they could not care less....read full review
