I went into Arby's restaurant in West Monroe tonight. I went inside & ordered some food for me & my husband & one of my favorite things there a creek gyro. It is supposed comes with tomatoes on it. I didn't want to eat inside the building because my husband leg was hurting him. He was waitng in the truck, so I was just gone eat in the truck. When in the parking lot & open up my food & saw there was no tomato on it. I was like ok even if they were out of tomatoes they could at least tell the customer that.
So I decided to go back inside and ask if they were out of them. I was wondering what was going on.
As soon as I get to the counter, I see them re stocking the tomatoes so I told the girl at the counter what just happened and told her to just put me some tomatoes in a cup I put them on my stuff myself. Then I said that it was lazy of them to skip over my food just because they didn't want to go to the back & get more tomatoes until after they made mine. I asked for the manager on duty.
The manager comes around the counter saying to me, (don't come calling her workers lazy unless I apply there).
That's stupid to say to me. Plus they are lazy and that's no way to treat people.
I used to work in restaurants and you shouldn't take the job if you can't do right.
That was very wrong of her & her employee's. A manager is supposed to correct her employer to do their job right & better. How is it she running a crew when she can't even do her job right.
They definitely won't get no money out of me no more. I won't ever go back there again.

I got my order to go so I could get back on the road. I was just passing through Monroe La. and decided that Arby's sounded delicious. Once I was back on the road less than 5 minutes after getting my order and leaving I opened up my bag and found that the Half Pound Beef and Cheddar was so soggy that the bun was like a wet wash rag and the curly fries were cold and soggy as well. This is the worse order I have ever received from an Arby's anywhere. You would think that paying over $17 for a meal that it would not even be served this way. I would have taken pictures of the food for proof but I was driving down the interstate at 70 mph. You got me this time Arby's and there will not be a next time

Door dash delivered our meal. Missed cherry turnover, Arby's sauces, large curly fry. The manager argued with me and thinks I'm lying. Im done with

I went through the drive through to order the new loaded Italian sandwich, but the person taking order would not let me order at all, kept talking over me and ordering for me, this was on 10/20/25, I will be back a 12 o'clock Wednesday the 22 to order it again, if the same thing happens again, I have a huge surprise for them, they will be working extra hard for me,
This crew was a great crew. I came in somewhere around 4pm and ordered 2 meals. I noticed when I entered the door was clean. That was already setting the stage for the visit. Then Cheyenne greeted me with a smile and I could see the surroundings inside were just like outside clean and tidy. Ththen dalton came up and we began to chat. He was a very nice person. I watched that crew work as a team. My sandwich and my sister’s sandwich was great. Made fresh and fresh fries. I also seen Ellie working the whole time. I just want to tell you is was a pleasant experience at this location. Those people deserve a raise just because of the people service skills. The cleanliness of the building was definitely top notch. I want to thank that whole crew for a great experience on not such a great day. Jessica C.ps the wait time wasn’t long. Just waiting on those fresh fries.

I went thru the drive thru, reason why I am unhappy is I could not understand the operator on the speaker. She spoke English but it was muffled. Drove to the window still couldn't understand her, got my order and Drove home it was All Wrong. Problem was she didn't have her Teeth in her mouth. By-the-way the food I did get wasn't very Good.
I hadn’t had Arby’s… ever. But I finally tried it, and honestly? It was delicious. We got the gyro, smoked brisket, and pulled pork—everything tasted fresh, hearty, and full of flavor. The new sweet sauce is great and the spicy chipotle was pretty darn good, too. The staff was also super friendly and efficient. It was so good, we went back the next day. Yep… hooked.
I haven't been to Arby's in almost a year because my order was incorrect. Today I decided to try the new quarter pound pulled pork sandwich with sweet barbecue sauce because my coworker was bragging about it. Why did they forget to put the sauce on my sandwich? It was fresh but horrible without sauce. I had an A1 packet in my desk drawer and used it 😭. See you all in a year!!!
