Group of 4 ordered an appetizer and 4 drinks at 7:48 pm. Then ordered food at 8:05 pm. Got the WRONG appetizer at 9:15 and at 10:14pm still no food OR CORRECT APPETIZER!! The waitresss along with 4 other waitresses standing around and looking at their phones. THIS PLACE NEEDS GOOD MANAGEMENT!!! This has happened multiple occasions where it took almost 2 hours getting food. Once, they said they forgot our order. I'm a Director in Houston Texas have over 300 employees and Managers and I can say, I would have a stand down with my staff!!!! This is NOT how to run a successful business and bring in customers and be profitable!! I been to MANY Buffalo wildwings in Texas and all over the country and this is by far the worst I seen yet!! With the right MANAGEMENT and STAFF the Monroe location has the potential to be VERY SUCCESSFUL!! This place need CHANGE!!! The owner needs to set expectations and see they are carried out or hit the road!!! Monroe Chilli's is on the SAME PATH!! OWNERS need to step up their game and set expectations and create a culture change!!!!

This place doesn't care at all about the low quality food they push. Old, cold, dry wings. Basically leftovers for a premium price. I can buy quality wings at a lower price and cook them myself. I'm tired of these garbage can ready wings. Never again.

Not like anyone in charge seeing this is going to care or do anything about it but I made a togo order and was running a bit behind to pick it up, I call the restaurant to make sure my food hasn’t been thrown away, I get hung up on twice and then put on hold for 10 minutes. They then tell me they still have it only to have to wait another 20 minutes for the food when I get to the restaurant. Very professional place!

Really this place deserves 0 stars. It's way to over priced for the food to be as terrible as it is. I remember when this place use to be packed but the atmosphere was amazing & so was service. However this service me & my family got tonight was terrible. I will not be back.

Slow, Loud and Expensive. Wings are better at Hooters.Came back 4 years 2/24/2024 later to see. Waited for over an hour (5 people) 745sh now 810. I did not get my food the other food 1 was cold the rap no sauce etc.May try again in 4 years. I really hope it just closes.
