Out of all the poor service in this town, this place excelled. On 12/7/25 i stopped here and they were short staffed, only 2 employees. Food was still fast and hot. The store was clean. The lady at the counter was professional, nice, had a great attitude, and was on her game. I'd stop here again just bc of it's very refreshing to get good service these days

I went to this location the other day and I must say im impressed with the improvement of the services I received from my visit back in June. I ordered a fish sandwich meal and everything was hot and fresh Mrs Kara the manager that took my order was so professional and friendly she help guide me through my order. The store was clean my only complaint is the hand dryer in the ladies restroom was not working. To the Manger and team please keep that 5 star service going i was happy my family and I decided to stop in

This location must made some changes with the management team because it really shows through their efforts and the quality of the food. I had a large order because I treated my employees to lunch after they met their quota. I must say everything was fresh and they were very attentive to the details of the order. They even offered a complimentary drink while I waited. And boy I haven’t seen that being offered in ages. Whatever the changes are I hope they keep it up!

I Love this Burger King! They are friendly down to earth Love interacting with customers and make sure we are enjoying our time. Food always fresh never forget the condiments & napkins. A family restaurant for sure. They have an amazing leadership they’re manager is awesome
I have stayed away from this burger king ever since the manager and his fry guy sold me a bag of yesterdays burgers and when I called them on it they followed me out to the parking lot wanting to fight a couple of years ago. I actually thought it closed down a year ago but recently saw some movement through the dirty windows so I hit the drive-thru at 715 Monday morning .I was the only car there and still had to wait on the girl that already seemed mad to take my order. 3 plain sausage biscuits. She then told me to hold on , her mic was still hot , but curse words dont bother me. We only have 2 she says. I said Do what? again she said we only have 2. That's what the crew collectively thought was something you should say to the only customer that didn't want to battle the traffic that was wrapped around McDonald's

Order through DoorDash driver was primed quick brought the food straight to us unfortunately for the store however noticed that the order was made incorrect and missing items Tried to contact them at least seven times over 20 minute. Nobody answers the phone. I’ll be going up there directly to deal with this personally
