The lady in the drive through during the day is phenomenal!!! I love her attitude!! I will always go back just because of her! đ

Order through DoorDash driver was primed quick brought the food straight to us unfortunately for the store however noticed that the order was made incorrect and missing items Tried to contact them at least seven times over 20 minute. Nobody answers the phone. Iâll be going up there directly to deal with this personally
We tried the impossible burgers and they were really good. Donna in Tifton was great she took the order and helped make the food due to being short staff.

Me and my kids went there for dinner, the workers behind the counter were cussing and yelling at a customer telling her she didn't know what she was talking about, according to her she was in the drive thru and had been waiting 15 minutes for them to bring her food to her, all she wanted was her money back. The on duty manager just stood there, didn't intervene or tell his workers to be quiet, nothing.

The food is wonderful I order DoorDash very regularly but I canât seem to figure out why they are always forgetting sauce ordered. Sending sauce not ordered and this time I order two 12 pc chicken fries to open one box and itâs 11 and the other has 7.. im one mad customer .. my burgers were wonderful tho.
And once again the mobile order is missing something. Bag was stapled shut and yuup...part of the order not in the bag. How do you flub a MOBILE ORDER....it's almost midnight so it wasn't busy. To get all the way home and discover somebody food missing is just unacceptable. The mobile app offering of a discount "next time".....I'll pass. It's the inconvenience at this point. I wanted the food I ordered...not a discount for "next time"

My stars regarding service/atmosphere/food contradict my overall rating for a reason. The food was great, service was amazing, and the overall atmosphere was great BUT the 2 star rating is because I'm upset for the staff. I placed a pick-up order and arrived at around 8:30pm on 2/6 and when I arrived the doors were locked. This location had ONLY 2 people working tonight while having a drive-thru line circling the building. This is beyond ridiculous. Last I checked, we were no longer under quarantine so why is a location that is located on a busy street and is supposed to be open til 2 am operating with only 2 people? Make that make sense because the way I see it, those that were working tonight deserve a raise for not only not walking out but still filling orders while maintaining decent customer service. A fast food chain CANNOT successfully operate with only 2 people.

I tried to order and I asked for a minute so I could decide what else I needed and the cashier yelled my total at me and when I said that I still wanted something else she yelled back and said well I asked you what I wanted . There was all of 2 cars in the driveway . DO

My recent experience at this establishment was deeply concerning due to the unprofessional conduct of a cashier named Alexis. She displayed a dismissive attitude and was unwelcoming by refusing to take my order. When I placed my order, she rolled her eyes and responded sharply when I requested applesauce. Her tone was completely unwarranted, as I was unaware they were out of stock. Furthermore, after ordering a burger without onions, I discovered one upon taking a bite. When I mentioned this to Kimberly, Alexis questioned why I had taken a bite, despite the error. And said behind the counter âwhyâd she take a bite out of it if I had onions.âSubsequently, Alexis locked the doors, denying service to several customers attempting to enter. When a drive-thru customer approached the locked door, I opened it for him (I assumed he was missing something from is order. Which I should not have assumed) and was reprimanded by Alexis for assisting. Later, a customer gained entry through a door that wouldn't lock, and instead of assisting, Alexis exclaimed, "Oh my god, they're still coming through!" before frantically checking all the doors, leaving the customer waiting unattended. Alexis' inability to provide even basic customer service, her rudeness, blatant turning away of customers and negative comments about them (including not just me, but others in the restaurant) were openly displayed in the dining area. Her unprofessional behaviour was further compounded by the fact that the kitchen is visible from the lobby, and all of her inappropriate comments could be heard by everyone. It is clear Alexis lacks the temperament for working in the fast food industry.

Placed an order online. Went thru the drive through waited about 10 minutes before anyone answered the speaker. When I finally got the food, I checked it to make sure the food was correct. After checking one sandwich the lady at the window told me to get out of her drive thru. This is very unprofessional. This is why this location has went down and is not very busy anymore
