They are open until 2 AM it says but we went thru the drive thru at 1:23 am and we’re told they were closed by a recording. A car had just gone thru the drive thru and ordered right ahead of us. No place closes right at 1:23 am. That was so rude. They just decided they didn’t want to serve us, but they would the car in ahead of us.

when someone says “can i get both burgers with everything on it, no onion” what tf would you do? put literally mayo, ketchup, mustard, lettuce, tomato, pickles, AND NO ONION on the burger ( literally everything). what ends up on the burger? 2 little lettuce shreds, 1 pickle, no mustard, no mayo, no tomato, no ketchup. how hard is it to listen and slap food together?

Every time I go to this location (which is very rare), nothing seems to improve. It takes 5 mins for anyone to address you in the drive thru. Get to the window and they want you to pull up. The person in the window always looking like they're eating something. Three customers inside the store and 2 in drive thru. WHY does it take 10 min to get an order out? I don't see how they stay open.

Went into establishment to order. The employees just looked at us, never acknowledging we were even there. The couple before us had to ask employees 3 times for a top for the drinks they ordered. We went to the BK on Thomas Road thereafter just as bad. BK use to be much better. You need to hire employees who will actually do thier job!!!
