The classic beignets were so good even my fiancé from Baton Rouge liked them. The ham and cheese beignet was also very good. I could tell they made it, along with everything else, to order. I also got an iced caramel cafe au lait, much more delicious when I was expecting. Though I like the taste of caramel, sometimes it can be too much or give me a headache but this place has it down perfectly. It honestly tasted like the caramel flavoring in the drink was made from scratch bc I could taste elements of butter. The service was also very friendly, welcoming, and attentive.

A family member of mine had been boasting about this bakery for the past month and assured me this needed to be my first stop the next time I was in town. As luck would have it I was there this past week and starting following the Facebook page. The social media engagement and content is 10/10. I ended up making 3 trips to the bakery while in town and it didn’t disappoint. The location was clean; smelled amazing; great seating and even better customer service. This morning in overhead an employee tell a customer that she’s been working 16 hour days!! This type of dedication made me order more than I had anticipated. The almond croissants are EVERYTHING! I’m so glad I listen to the customer in front of me that told me to not think about it just get it! The Glazed croissant 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 no words! The layers of flakiness w the RIGHT amount of glaze!!! Omg the cinnamon rolls 10/10. This is the type of small business that I love to support!!! I have already recommended and will be back on soon!

The owner is beautiful! On Wednesday morning line forms about 6:50. I arrived at 6:10. Another person about 6:20. No cinnamon rolls during king cake season. Up charge for credit card. $18 cash. $5 sourdough loaf.
