Don't think because they are local they are better. They have 0 forgiveness for a mistake. On Uber Eats, I can video the problem and get a credit. Chef Taxi didn't even respond to me.

They're M.I.A. I never got them to answer the phone. Taxi companies are obsolete in Monroe. Either that or nobody wants to make money. But people are always complaining about jobs. That was one right there, guessing nobody wanted it....

If they desire their meal a certain way, maybe they should specify that in the special instructions, kinda what that's there for!!!! Smh

These people are horrible. this is the third time that we have had troubles with the last three tines we have ordered. Come on folks how educated to you have to be to understand NO CHEESE. I can not for the life of me understand why a grown person can not get that no cheese means DO NOT PUT CHEESE ON THIS BURGER.. they have completely lost out business. Hope yall have better luck.

We ordered from this service 3-4 times week... their office was 1 mile from our house. LOVED their service. Moved 2 miles further in opposite direction from town, have 4 or 5 food options now. Still same distance from restaurants, 7 miles.. but not from their office. We don't use them very much anymore. Pity.

I called & spoke to someone about a mess up with my order. I was told the mistake would be corrected and my missing items would be delivered to me shortly. I never received my items and when I called the office back within the hours of operations my calls went to voicemail. I order from chef taxi at least once a week if not more. I even told the person I spoke with that I was willing to tip the driver additional money on top of what I already tipped him for making the drive. Even though it was a mistake on their end. I support small businesses in my town and have loved using you guys over the other food delivery services. But I do not appreciate being told a problem will be fixed and nothing happen. As a loyal patronage it feels like my business isn’t that important to you guys so I will just take it to another service. Thank you.
