Very upset with this location. Ordered my breakfast order online around 10:20am, but due to the fact that the car in front of me in the took 1838383 years to place their order, it was past 10:30am before I was able to tell the drive through employee my name. They denied me my ordered even though it was not my fault. I am 7 months pregnant and all I can think about is these dang chicken minis.

We stopped here on our way through town and got breakfast. We got waters either our breakfast and The water was disgusting. I also ordered a soft drink and even the Dr Pepper tasted like the water. Something is terribly wrong either way the filtering system. Everyone is thirsty now. Completely undrinkable. Also, it was extremely slow.

This location is the worst. Went there for breakfast last week. My burrito was COLD and gave me a yogurt parfait instead of fruit cup... Didn't have enough time to get my correct order. Went there today where they forgot my chicken wrap, luckily I did have time to turn back around this evening. The manager told me I had to call the corporate office to request the meal that I paid for that they forgot to bag??? Never heard of that policy before. Ridiculous. They also gave me 2 peach shakes when I specifically asked for peach lemonade TWICE. I cannot even drink milk so this is going straight in the garbage. Whoever is managing this location needs to get it together or go back to training

I did a mobile order today and I am so sad :( I placed a rather large order through the app to get food for my employees today. I was missing 2 fries, my Cobb salad had NO CHICKEN, and all of our sauces. It’s so frustrating because I came to pick up food for my employees on their break so it’s not like I can just drive back to CFA and get what I was missing.

And I ordered a medium Dr Pepper and a medium diet Dr pepper I got two regular Dr peppers as well :(

The person at the window, I will say, was incredibly sweet and kind but, man I just wish orders would be handed out correctly the first time.
