Slow and dangerous. Will not work the drive through in a timely and safe manner. They are litterly holding traffic in the road preventing it from moving as I write this. If this place can't not block the road it should be shut down.

Went to this location on Glenwood Drive in West Monroe to pick up a door dash order. When asked, the employee name was Chloe. She was Very rude. This young lady looked me dead in my face and continued to work (they were not even that busy). When you’re working and maybe busy, ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR CUSTOMERS and let them know “I’ll be with you as soon as I can” or something . This girl looked me dead in my face as I stood there for about 5 mins or so. Then another nice young man came up (remind you I was already standing there before anyone walked up), Chloe had him going to the order window first to wait on the Caucasian man. This girl couldn’t even apologize or say it was a misunderstanding & had the nerves to be smirking like something was funny when I mentioned what had just happened. Very rude & not a friendly employee. What happened to customer service? The other employees at the other location are always nice. Chloe needs some professionalism and customer service reminders.
Daylon made sure to greet me by name in the drive through and made sure my food was one hundred percent correct! Always happy with the service and smiles at this location!
