We didn't know this Chick-fil-A was a walk-up, drive-through only until after we arrived. It does have bathrooms and a small outside dining area,—both of which we took advantage of. We chose to use the walk-up window to order, since we didn't want to eat in the car. Service was friendly and quick and the food was the standard better-than-average Chick-fil-A fare.
The mobile pickup window definitely needs help. No one ever says anything to you. There was an issue with my online order for breakfast going through completely but no one ever came to speak to me to tell me that. So I waited and waited just to be told that breakfast was over and because the order wasn't completed they wouldn't do it. I placed the order at 10:18 online before breakfast ended. If you come to this one because you think you'll get served faster than the big one than think again. One time i had to wait for 30 mins at the drive through waiting for a breakfast burrito at 9am in the morning.
