Although Church’s has some of the best (fast food) chicken, we have left empty-handed for the past several visits. Often times, they don’t have chicken ready or are no longer serving, but this time, we couldn’t even get someone to wait on us at the counter. One employee was sitting in the corner by the drink machines on his phone (apparently on a break at dinner time 6:55-7:00pm) and another one walking through the kitchen on her phone. Another customer walked in while we were standing there, and still no one waited on any of us. As we walked out, the male employee by the drink machine got off his phone and headed back to work. I wonder how many other customers they have lost this way. This one will not be back. We are currently enjoying chicken elsewhere…and it’s a packed house!

I did not get my correct order. I ordered a three piece dark combo with a large drink. When I got to the window, I had to wait and the cashier tried to give me a regular size drink instead of a large. Also, my food order was wrong. When I went home, I thought I had a three piece combo. I opened the box and only have two piece combo instead. I tried calling the store and got no answer. I paid for a three piece and didn't get what I paid for.

Had me waiting for food 12 minutes in the drive through. 6:12pm to 6:24 pm. After telling the cashier three times (twice at the speaker, and again at the window) that I wanted a biscuit with my order after receiving my order I still did not receive a biscuit! (09/14/2025) Then added pickles to my sandwich after I said no pickles twice!

The people suck we waited 30 mins for 3 tenders with no one in line had to pull up and finally we had to pull back thru the drive thru bc they weren't bringing out food out and they hand us a different order , and when we said our order again then they start packing it like we haven’t waited 30 minutes, same thing happen yesterday but they forgot part of our order and made us wait twice, ridiculous.

Pull up at 9:35pm and no answer. Pull up to the window. Worker was inside. Waited 5 mins and would not acknowledge me. Worker was boxing up 5 boxes of chicken and told me they closed. It clearly stated that they open till 10pm. Apparently they boxing up chicken to take home instead of selling it to customers
This location is no better than the Desiard Street location! Very nasty attitudes, food has become worse than subpar! Never any food ready, always told a 10-15 minute wait which turns into half an hour! The young crew in the evenings are very unprofessional! No customer service skills whatsoever! Chicken is half cooked, cold, and drinks watered down!! I will give them a plus on the cleanliness of the lobby! The store could stand a remodel or fresh look on the outside! Orders are never right something is always left out of the order! The manager makes excuses for their behavior because they are young!

I stopped by for a meal and drink. The drink was out. So she gave me carbonated water. I didn't realize it until I left the window. I drove back around and told her but she wouldn't give me my money back. She said I'll remember you. How can she when I only go once every 3 months. Not happy with Churches!!
