My daughter and I go to Crumbl when we go to Dallas or a city that has Crumbl. We are so excited we have one here. The cookies taste great! Two downsides: #1 when you order for pick up, you check in on arrival (only at time of order - can’t arrive early) #2 Your paid order could be sold out when you pick up even though cookies were available when you ordered. Crumbl needs to figure this out! My recommendation: #1 prepare web orders as they come in, so the cookies ordered will be available. #2 if customer arrives early, go ahead and allow them to check in and process the order.Update: went to p/u cookie order and all cookies were sold out. Cookies were ready and just needed to be topped. Customers were waiting for workers to prepare them with the toppings. The workers were talking and playing (frost a cookie, talk for several minutes, play, frost cookie, talk, play). Every customer that walked in was mad and frustrated. Really not a good look for a new business to the area. Please get it together Crumbl!
