Other than the crazy red headed lady that’s attached to the back of your store running off customers everything was great. She was screaming and being extremely rude. I would definitely look into getting that handled she said she owns the store behind you guys but nothing pulls up. Not a store name or anything. There also aren’t any signs to her “building” that says it was even a legit thing… just thought yall should know.

Dominos has great deals. This particular location came through for us when the app order came out different than what we really wanted. The cashier helped us adjust the order when we called and made it right. Thank you team for great service and great food everytime.

Ordered a thin crust pepperoni pizza because we were late on deciding dinner for us and the kids. Got it delivered by Jonathan, brought it in the house, opened it up and BAM. Pizza slice missing. I call the store and she (manager) asks ME to SEND IT BACK and get another one… my kids and I are hungry and have been waiting for this delivery all this time… terrible customer service and obviously not very well trained employees. It’s unfortunate that I can’t even get a pizza anymore without wondering if my delivery driver is gonna eat a piece!!!!

Why put a phone number on your address if you dont answer the phone?
Have had multiple issues the last few months. Calling in orders that somehow disappear. Having the app say quality check for 40 mins (with an estimated delivery time in 21-30 mins).
Unreliable service, the owner or manager needs to invest in decent employees if theyre not going to be there themselves.
Want to cancel my order since itll be too late but guess Ill have to just do a credit card dispute instead

Ordered Pizza for Delivery for the staff, the Pizza was horrible severely overcooked and burnt had to throw it away, called and talked to the Manager and also sent an email to corporate about this, they do not care in fact the Manger at the store hung up, received an e mail from the corporate that the local franchisee will be in touch, no one has been in touch. Used to order pizza for my staff on regular basis from this location, they just lost a customer.

We ordered food from this place and the delivery driver delivered our food to someone else and it has been over an hour ago as of right now we still have not received our order and all we were offered was a 25 dollar store credit for food that I can't eat now because I had to find something at home to eat because I'm diabetic and can't wait until 9 at night to be eating. It's now 9 and we originally ordered our food at 6:30 this is ridiculous and just down right crappy service. Very unsatisfied and I personally will not be ordering anything from Dominos ever again.

After waiting for an hour for salad, chicken bites and buffalo mac n cheese, our food arrived barely warm, the salad was expired (clearly labeled with an expiration date) and gross looking. Got my quality check notification at 12:58 assuming it would be delivered shortly after. Arrived after 2 o'clock looking like a luke warm gas station pizza. All I got was a "sorry for the wait". This is why Johnny's is king around here.
HAVE to get my BBQ pizza from this location for a while now!!! It’s ALL because these guys are ON POINT with consistency, presentation, overall quality, cleanliness & time management. What keeps me coming back to this WM location is the how the atmosphere inside the restaurant is laidback and friendly. I don’t feel like I’m bothering anyone when I walk in , I feel welcomed and not rushed or ignored. ???? I TRULY appreciate those who work the evening shift at the Cypress St location! ?☺️???? How you make someone feel is HUGE!!! Thank you for your hard work and dedication to the craft!! ????
