This is an amazing place where the leadership and management is amazing. Dunkin’ Donuts really put something together here where people love to come from all backgrounds. I really appreciate that. The staff gets people from all sorts of cultures and backgrounds and races and people of color and all other people are welcoming, nice and caring to all staff members and treat them all with respect and kindness and care And make sure that everyone is welcome not just a customers from all sorts of backgrounds such as color, skin age and race, but also that the employees are also welcome no matter what diagram they come from and are treated equally and fairly, and they are given respect and kindness and good opportunities regardless of their background the management and leadership does a excellent jobfor making this happen. Thank you so much for a fast quick service and always being kind and respectful to people of all background, you guys are awesome. This is stellar place run by some stellar leadership and management. Thank you so much.

This is my neighborhood Dunkin' Donuts and it's a nice restaurant. The breakfast sandwiches are yummy and the service is prompt, friendly and efficient. The only complaint is that lattes are made like cappuccinos. It's a nice place to visit and I know I will be treated well at this Dunkin' Donuts.

I’ve never been a fan of big corporations especially coffee as we have to many fantastic local options or at least Louisiana based companies here to choose from. I’ve had Dunkin out of town mainly at airports and have never had a good experience. Nonetheless I’ve tried this location once during opening week and one visit recently. On opening week it was very busy but the staff was polite and most of all our cold drinks were made right. They were sugar explosions but still decent and correct. On our most recent visit a petite white girl took our order and was being trained by a larger white girl. The larger girl was extremely rude and acted like we were a complete burden for asking questions trying to be inquisitive as we were not fully informed on the menu. Now look I have utmost respect for industry workers so I truly believe this stems from top down/ management treatment, but still not an excuse to be rude to customers. Lastly my hot coffee which was supposed to be a latte tasted like burnt flavored water. Never have I received a latte from any Dunkin that is made like it is supposed to it’s always wrong. I won’t be back, but I hope they improve.

Their food and donuts are really nasty, but their caramel lates are ok
Everytime I go here their drinks are god awful. My spouse and I just ordered the same drink and mine taste like it supposed to and his taste like only coffee no flavor at all. If you’re wanting a coffee I would not recommend this Dunkin’ Donuts.
