Excellent food except for Five Guys' corporate restrictions of no salt or pepper on their hamburgers. This is just plain d**** A little seasoning would make their hamburgers almost perfect. What idiot made this policy? I spent $36 for 3 hamburgers last week, and had to disassemble them just to add salt and pepper. Don't try this in your car...

Still making great burgers. Brought my buddy here recently while on a road trip. He's in his seventies, loves burgers and had bought us both BK about a week before. When he mentioned being hungry and us finding a hamburger joint, I figured it was time to introduce him to Five Guys. Staff was friendly, dining area and restroom were clean, wait time was short, burgers were cooked perfect, fries were hot and fresh. Nothing to complain about at all.

Burger was really good. Ice tea was ok. The place could use a good cleaning. Outdoor table was moldy. Bathroom sink was yellow when it should have been white. Makes me wonder how clean the kitchen is

Great burgers, great fries, great service! Five Guys is the best burger in town, bring your appetite...the fry portions are the best! They also have free peanuts to snake while they cook your burgers fresh!
Brought my wife there for her birthday, May 7th. Pulled up, flashing sign says "Open". As I get ready to go in, a kid walks up to the door pulls it, no dice. I get out, notice a sign on the door "We're open. Use the app or call this number for service". Cool! I use the app, get our order in, go to payment, "This location is not taking orders". I can the number "This number is no longer on service". What??? Ok. Chick Fil A it was. If you're closed, just say you're closed. Easy peezy. Too bad I didn't take a photo of the sign :/

Really solid ingredients and quality. I asked for grilled onions and got raw onion instead, and even still the burger was supremely nice. I wish they used something to hold ketchup instead of packets, but I can't complain too much because the food was amazing

The 5 guys store in West Monroe LA was terrible. I have enjoyed 5 guys at Farmington NM and Phoenix AZ and gave the restaurant 5 stars. Fries were cool and soggy. Order was not right. No shakes, no onions. My never eat at 5 guys again.

Both drink machines broken and the restaurant was filthy. It looks like there's no management present. If I owned this establishment, I'd fire every single person working here. Embarrassing.
