Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

I visited Freddy's in West Monroe on Sunday, driving over from north Monroe. The front counter employee was very nice and pleasant, even offering a drink while I waited for my pickup order. However, when I got home and plated our burgers, I was disappointed to find that each burger had only a single patty. I called the restaurant twice to report the issue, but was told to hold and no one ever got back to me.a

We often forget that Freddy’s is an option now, but after our experience today we will become regulars at this restaurant, but especially this location!! One of the managers, Caleb, had the best service and the food + ice cream were delicious, hot, & fresh. Definitely give this place a try!

I brought my granddaughters for a late snack on Sunday. Caleb greeted us personally and provided us with exceptional service. The order was correct and was received quickly. He is an outstanding manager.

The cashier was amazing! I love the smash burgers here. The price was not bad...$21 for 2. The dinning area was a little dirty and we had to wipe our own table off, but they were extremely busy. Car show going on in parking lot.

The burger was okay but very over priced, the fries are ridiculously small and not worth having. This place is over priced for sure.

I tried Freddy's around the time it first opened and it was great but now its fallen off fr. the food was sloppy but cooked. The workers were slightly rude and the store was very unkept.

I paid for a medium drink and they filled it up 3/4 of the way, the burger was just thrown together with no care in the world. #make work ethic great again
