The meatloaf was hard and cold. Mashed potatoes were good but cold. The fish, shrimp and okra was good but not hot. Everything wasn't warm enough. Only went back because of promotional coupon. They're still underperforming. Wouldn't recommend

The food was good! The stuff wasn't really friendly, nothing really stuck out to me about any of the staff. No one went above and beyond for sure. Restaurant wasn't really that clean the table was all sticky we had to wipe it off

Stood at food counter at least 5 mins waiting for some ham the guy seen me standing there he know what I wanted and apparently he didn't care it was uncalled for I'm so upset about this you don't treat customers like that the manager could had went back on camera to see how long I been standing there and watched her employee have he ignored me
All I got from the manager was I'm sorry yup ok I bet they say sorry a thousand times a day

We ate there for lunch today. The food was good, large selection to choose from. The servers were all nice and professional. And the price wasn't bad either, around 17 each after getting drinks.

The service was great the manager on duty Mrs Wendi was very professional and very friendly on fixing a problem that happened on Father’s Day, she was very understanding and apologetic for the rudeness of her other coworker.. I must say today was a much better day at Golden Corral in West Monroe she was there and made she everything was taking care of from the time we entered the door until we left.. If you are ever in West Monroe stop by there and see therm go up to the bar and see Mr. Will and get you a hot fresh juice steak,..

food was terrible, we got there before noon and the buffet was empty. We had to wait at least 15 minutes for chicken and the bathroom were filthy.
